Refund Policy – MU: Dark Epoch In the shattered world of MU: Dark Epoch, every soul fights for survival, glory, and power. We understand that even in this realm of darkness and magic, fairness must prevail. Whether you're summoning rare gear, unlocking premium bonuses, or advancing your hero's destiny, your transactions deserve clarity and respect. This refund policy exists to protect your journey without breaking the balance of the world. When Refunds May Be Granted Refunds are rare, but may be granted under the following conditions: A purchased item, currency, or bundle was not delivered to your account due to a verified system or server failure. A double charge or repeated transaction occurred unintentionally. You were billed incorrectly or charged for content that was never made available. Your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made (must be reported immediately and investigated by our team). Each request is reviewed carefully to ensure justice is done for all warriors of MU. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued Due to the nature of real-time game progression and digital content, refunds will not be issued for: Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase. Items or currency that were used, consumed, or redeemed in-game. Discontent with randomized rewards (e.g., summon results, loot boxes). Mistaken purchases caused by player error where the game functioned as intended. Requests submitted long after the transaction date without supporting evidence. Once a blessing is received — or a curse unleashed — the magic cannot be undone. Requesting a Refund To request a refund: Contact our official support channel via the in-game menu or website. Provide your Character Name, Player ID, and Transaction ID. Describe the issue clearly, including date, item, and any supporting screenshots or receipts. If your transaction was processed through the App Store or Google Play, please follow their refund process as required. We will assist with verification if needed. Processing Time & Outcome Our support team will review all refund requests within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. Any items, bonuses, or premium currency granted through the transaction will be removed from your account as part of the process. We reserve the right to deny any request that appears to abuse the policy or compromise the balance of the game. Final Oath MU: Dark Epoch is built on battle, sacrifice, and honor — and so is our service to you. If your path was disrupted by an error not of your making, we will stand by you. For all other matters, we trust you to walk the path of fairness as all true warriors must. In the end, darkness is eternal — but integrity is our legacy.
